Faversham Virtual 10K Run

Saturdays 19th to 26th September 2020 will be the 2020 Faversham Virtual 10K run for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. The event is sponsored by Kesson Physio and allows companies to compete to be the ‘Fastest Company in Faversham’ which is a title held currently by Burgess Hodgson.

Charity Quiz Night

Burgess Hodgson were delighted to hold their annual Quiz Night on Friday 5th Oct 2018.

We had a brilliant turn out, including representatives from many local businesses and have raised an incredible £4300 for our nominated charities – The Umbrella Centre, The Samaritans and Catching Lives.

Burgess Hodgson Raise £7,500 for Canterbury Wheelchair Rugby

The Club are very proud to be the only Club in Kent offering this Paralympic sport which is an exciting fusion of ice hockey, handball and rugby. However, following a review of Olympic funding post Rio 2016, Wheelchair Rugby had its funding cut entirely which has left many of the clubs suffering a funding crisis just to continue training each week.

BH raises £4,500 for Martha Trust

This year, staff really have gone the extra mile to raise money for Martha Trust, raising more than £4,500 for the charity that provides residential, respite care and day care for people with profound physical and multiple learning disabilities. (more…)
