Companies House are urging businesses to prepare now for the UK’s departure from the EU.

The following link provides information about changes that will effect certain Companies House forms from 1 January 2021
This link provides information about changing registration from 1 January 2021, which will have an impact on certain types of entities European Economic Interest Grouping (EEIGs) and European public limited liability companies known as societas Europaea (SEs):

Companies House are resuming the voluntary strike off process today, which had been suspended in April this year, due to the coronavirus outbreak. Any company that made an application to be struck off before July this year will be struck off and dissolved over the next 4 weeks.
Companies House are due to resume the compulsory strike off process, for those companies that do not appear to be active and have not kept up to date with their filing requirements, from 10 October.
