Companies House have confirmed that the automatic extensions will come to an end for filings after 5 April; however there will be an option to apply for a 3 month extension for accounts submissions.

Companies House are urging businesses to prepare now for the UK’s departure from the EU.

Companies House are resuming the voluntary strike off process today, which had been suspended in April this year, due to the coronavirus outbreak. Any company that made an application to be struck off before July this year will be struck off and dissolved over the next 4 weeks.
Companies House are due to resume the compulsory strike off process, for those companies that do not appear to be active and have not kept up to date with their filing requirements, from 10 October.
