Rod Archibald BSc BFP ACA CTA
Rod’s expertise lies in the running and taxation of owner managed business, from start-ups to established companies. He has worked on numerous multi-million pound business sales, assisting with corporate finance, providing expert advice on the content of Share Purchase Agreements alongside implementing bespoke tax efficient structures.
Rod joined Burgess Hodgson in 2008 after graduating from Loughborough University with a degree in Business, Economics and Finance. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2011 and a Chartered Tax Adviser in 2013, and was made Partner in 2018. Rod sits on the Main Committee of the ICAEW Chartered Accountants South East.
Away from the office, Rod enjoys networking; he is a founding member of the Canterbury Lunch Club, a local networking group.
Rod is a keen sportsman, road cycling in particular.
Having grown up locally, Rod lives in Canterbury with his wife.
